Practice officially starts on Thursday January 12th 2012
Our practices start at 6:30 and the practice field is SeaTac Park on 128 & Des Moines Memorial Drive in Burien. The all-purpose sand field. The grass field we enjoyed at the end of last half is currently unavailable.
The first match is away at Portland, February 4th.
As many of you probably know, a member of our rugby family and dear friend, Wade Moore, took his own life over the weekend. We'll always remember him as a great rugby player and fun friend with an infectious smile. We are going to miss him profoundly. We are blessed to have our rugby brothers and family to support us during this time of need. Our hearts go out to Billy ( Wade's mom), Myla (Wade's sister), and his extended family. The entire rugby community will miss Wade, and mourn his passing. God bless you all.
The Memorial service for Wade is to be held this Saturday the 14th 2012 at 5pm at the New Life Church off Maple Valley Highway in Renton. The church is located at 15711 152nd Avenue Southeast Renton, WA 98058-6330 (425) 226-0880
