The Valley Kangaroo Rugby Club is Looking for Coaches for their Division II senior side rugby team. There are two adult teams, one being our fledgling U-23 team the Wallabies (focused on providing recent high school graduates with competition building their skills towards playing with the club's first fifteen), the other the Kangaroos made up of ages 19 to 55 and beyond.

The rugby club is currently looking for and taking resumes for coaches for all parts of the coaching staff. We have more complete statements of need and responsibility linked to the following positions:

• Coordinator of Rugby
• Head Coach
• Forwards Coach
• Backs Coach

We are also looking for individuals to fill the following specialty positions to help with the coaching: Attack Coach - An understanding of how to motivate players in the idea of attacking the opposition and front foot play, This coach is an assistant to the head coach providing continuity. Defense Coach - And understanding of how to motivate players in the mindset of tackling and protection of the goal line. This coach is an assistant to the head coach providing continuity. Fitness coach - An understanding of how to motivate players to increase their strength and fitness. Provide the players with routines for their specific positions and be able to inform and discuss nutrition and health as it pertains to rugby.

In all of these positions the club pays a modest stipend and all expenses
