Valley Rugby: backs Coach The Valley Kangaroo Rugby Club is seeking applications for the position of Backs Coach. The Backs Coach will organize the backs in their back line plays. This includes all aspects of the Scrum-half, Stand-off, the Centers and Wings. This includes continuity amongst the backs. angles of attach and kicking offense and defence. The backs Coach will provide structure for the backs weekly practices. He will coordinate with the Head Coach as to his part in the practices.

Responsibilities of this job include:
Knowledge of the current back line offensive and defensive techniques as well as the kicking portion of the game. The Backs Coach will communicating with the players as how to improve their play, suggest additional strength and fitness training specific to their positions.

The position of Head Coach will be paid a modest stipend along with expenses.
